Ted Bundy, born November 24, 1946, was an American serial killer and rapist, one of the most notorious criminals of the late 20th century. Bundy had a difficult childhood, he had a strained relationship with his stepfather, and found out during his teenage years that his "sister" was his biological mother. Bundy's intelligence and social skills enabled him to enjoy a successful college career in which he developed a series of normal emotional relationships with women. This led Bundy to his fascination with women, specifically who looked like his ex, Elizabeth Kloepfer. Bundy confessed to the killings of 28 young girls.

Jeffrey Dahmer was an American serial killer who killed 17 males between 1978 and 1991. Over the course of 13 years, Dahmer sought out men whom were mostly of African American descent. He lured his victims home by promising sex and money by the end of the night. He would meet his victims at gay bars, malls and bus stops. Dahmer would give his victims alcohol laced with drugs before strangling them to death. He would then engage in sex acts with the corpses before dismembering them and disposing of them, often keeping their skulls as souvenirs.
Police found a hand-drawn shrine that Dahmer planned to build with human remains.
